the product was shipped in the same day by DHL, but took 20 days to arrive at my home. The tracking was unable to locate the package and it was travelling from Germany to Italy and from Italy to Spain. The problem is that DHL transfered the package to a postal mail service !!! (totally unaceptable). The shipping service advertised was 3-5 days but it took 20 (and I had to go to the postal office to pick it up by myself !!!! ) Good product and price but terrible transport. In the other hand, the VEVOR´s Customer Service is really good and pleasant.

Hola buenos dias cuando hago una compra viene con factura. porque somos una empresa y no me deja meter el cif para la factura. Un saludo.

Como siempre con los productos chinos, las instrucciones no hace falta ni abrirlas porque ni siquiera pertenecen a ese modelo de calefactor, se deben buscar a parte.
