I bought the heat awhile ago for my Van conversion into a camper. It was the perfect burner for me since my van is diesel. I have to admit that once I open the box, i got a bit intimidated. lots of parts. I discuss with a frined who has one and gave me some suggestions.1. connect to my diesel tank.2. buy a black 1/8" hose to replace the tinny cheap one they providemy complains:1. The only complain I might have is that the bolt provided to fix the heater on the floor is a bit short. You can remove them and put longer if you wish.2. The exhaust pipe is a bit stiff. The clips provided are not suitable to fix it. I bought another kind on Amazone. Still waiting for it.3. The installation manual is a bit confusing sometime. It is a traduction from chinese obvioulsy. But I would say it's ok for the basics.4. The controller is a bit too simple. I order a new that will take a while to arrive that come with a remote. Still waiting for it.I fire it up . It took about tree try before it starts. But once it work, boy it works great. Very hot in no time.So basically, the problems or just minor. I'm sure every person has it's own problems. I totally recommend it. I will continue my review in about 6 months to tell if it's relaible. Too soon for now.December 13 2021 --- I got some problem with my heater. Firdt, the fan of the unit was running but not air was cold. I noticed the pump wasn't pumping. The reason was the battery in the van was a bit low. Once fixed, the heayer started. It took about 5 try before it really start. I have to say that I chnaged the pump. Thinking the problem was coming from there. Anyway. There was some accumulation of diesel in the unit and it was expected. The smoke display was fabulous. The smoke finally dissipate and the heater was working "normally" for about 2 weeks. Then it stoped heating but make some smoke wha=en I try to start it. After investigate, it looks like the combution screen might be dirty or the glowplug might be faulty. Anyway, I ored

I installed it and it could not be turned on. As a result, I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send a video to them for checking.So soon they gave me a new heater, and now it works.Their attitude and handling of problems are fantastic.

Easy to install, if you are technically minded. Come with wrong size/kind of fuel line. I had to supply my own. Start and stop runs on the script. Can not safely shut it down by "pooling the plug".For better functionality i bought remote control electronic panel, that is plug and play.

nice heater, instructions are right next to not there. easy install , easy first light, needs a second exaust hose in kit, nice and quiet running unit. heats a 28 foot camper with ease around freezing temps. looking at getting more to heat my work shop.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this unit, but so far my expectations are exceeded! I got the "8kw" unit... seems pretty hot to me.I experimentally mounted this up in my workshop to test it out before installing in a camper and it really takes a bite out the cold, even in the large space. I can imagine that any smaller area would get very warm! I found it runs through about 8-10 Litres of diesel fuel in about 12-14 hrs? less if you had it on low. Very reasonable for the heat output. It does make some noise, but acceptable, and much less if it was mounted in a cabinet or something I'm sure. The cost / size / fuel / heat ratio is amazing in my opinion. lots of applications.

Works great in a 12 x14 out building. Keeps it nice and warm and very efficient.
