Hose is well made, but would recommend manufacture places a similar oversized piece of plastic coated canvas, making it easier to attach, to a second hose or my exhaust jig. The covering canvas securing the hose, is an excellent featureMade a window exhaust jig with a piece of hard board and 10 inch vent. Figured after using a galvanized crimping tool to make end smaller it would work. ID of the END metal RING too big. On my hose, it was a separate ring, and cut it loose from the plastic coated plastic hose taping it on the adapter and taped it on the adapter. Eventually will get duct tape and a 12 inch screw clamp to hold the endNext job after painting primary home, I have an antique table to strip, stain & reseal at 2nd home
