The box looked great and the tool itself was decent looking - especially at this price point (I paid about $40). However one of the most important features for me was the tactile feedback (vibration, lights, audible beep) when desired torque is reached and sadly that proved inconsistent. My unit acted similarly to one of the video reviews I’d seen, where playing with units and set points would occasionally get it to work. I want something I can trust all the time so I’m returning this unfortunately. I don’t believe it was user error but if it was, it shouldn’t be that complicated to use.
