I knew how to set up still from watching youtube videos. I highly recommend this product. Easy to assembly, easy to clean and has bonus feature. The condenser pot has two valve control open, to fully close. I used them to regulate water supply. Gaskets work well, stainless steal is sturdy. Gaskets seal lid to pots. 4 clips hold lid securely. I store lid loosely over pot when I am not using. Overall, 6 stars would be my actual rating…
