So the small 6 holes produces 2 oz patties these would be great if you make your own sausage patties but they’re also very little when you cook them they even shrink a bit more but prep time got cut in half. And the other 5 inch produces about 7oz 80/20 burger patties. Overall it’s a great product i just wish it would had met our expectation. We will still use it..
Funny thing is I ordered this product before and decided before taking it out of the box it wasn't going to work for me because of the dimensions. I thought I would give it another shot and found a way to use it by making a minor adjustment. I love it, it's simple and effective makes my job so much easier. I use it to produce my vegan crab cakes which I sell to health food stores and specialty shops in California.
