We purchased this a little over a year ago. With only being used less than once a week for a year it is broken. The heating element is locked up and only burns every single waffle that we try to make. I’d think for the money and the “commercial” branding that this would last longer. I suggest going with another brand or item. This was a waste of money.

It’s very easy to use. Great quality. Makes the waffle perfect. Easy to clean. I recommend it.
