Facile à monter, très solide , pratique et un rendue sympa

This arrived on the planned date and all the contents were as described in in the product advert. I am unable to give it 5 stars because it was not as easy to install as described. The problem was that the drill which was included could not be fitted into my drill chuck and I believe was of US standards.? This meant using a standard UK size 10 drill but the support bolts could not be fitted in to the holes drilled with the UK drill. To this end a set of size 10 UK bolts had to be obtained and once used the rest of the installation was easy. It would be useful if the information for installation mentioned that the drill and bolts are I believe not to European standards and what is needed to be able to use the drill supplied in a typical UK drill chuck. Other wise this handrail certainly meets my needs.

Bought for elderly mother to access three garden steps. Very sturdy, stylish and easy to fit.

Much better for me and my mum when she comes. The only thing up was the cover on one of legs was all bent. Must of been done during transit as box was also ripped. But overall very pleased.

Très facile à installer, 8 trous suffisent, il est solide et donne confiance à l'utilisation. Il faut bien vérifier l'écart entre les pieds pour bien tomber sur les marches. L'écart n'est pas modifiable.
